Shanghai Krah Electronics Co., Ltd. (SKE) was established in 1999 with a total investment of US$4,330,000 (excluding the factory building), of which 70% is contributed by German Party and 30% is contributed by Chinese Party. The registered capital of SKE amounts to US$3,050,000.

SKE specializes in the design, development, manufacture and marketing of various wire wound resistors. With the combination of the strengths of both shareholders, SKE has introduced the most advanced technology, testing equipment and management philosophy from Germany. SKE conducts business fully based upon the principle of "honesty, equity and faith". In every aspect of SKE's business activities, including design, development, quality control and service, SKE takes the needs of not only the users, but also the users' clients into consideration. SKE aims at long-term cooperation and co-development with clients and business partners.

SKE ensures quality of products by scientific and strict management and was awarded international quality accreditation of ISO9001/2000, QS-9000 and VDA6.1 in June, 2002. In August, 2005, our company was awarded international quality accreditation of ISO/TS16949.
